salt
4tbsp. mazola oil
2tbsp. tomato soup
1tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
keep fish in very salty water for a day. The next day clean the fish very good; throw the heads away. Rinse the fish 3 or 4 times so that it is very clean. Then cut the fish into pieces. Put into jars , not to tight and to every quart jars add mazola oil, tomato soup, salt. Then seal and process for 5 hours.
