2c. sugar
1c. shortening
3 eggs
2tbsp. cream of tartar
1tsp. baking soda
1tsp. salt
1/2c. milk
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening; add eggs and remaining ingredients. Add enough flour for a soft dough. Put raisins in batter and roll thick or roll thin and put icing between layers. Bake in a 350 oven till edges are brown.
