1 pkg regular Jimmy Dean sausage
8 oz. (2c.) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
10 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 cups milk
1/2 c. thin sliced green onions
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
8 c. bread cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325F. Brown sausage, breaking up as it cooks. In large mixing bowl, mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Stir well. In 13"x 9" x 2" pan, layer 1/2 the bread, sprinkle with 1/2 the black pepper, 1/2 the sausage, 1/2 the cheese and 1/2 the onions. Repeat, using the remaining ingredients. Pour egg mixture evenly over the casserole. Bake for 60 minutes or until eggs are set. May be made up to 12 hours ahead and refrigerated. Makes 6 servings.
