about 2 cups flour
salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the flour, salt and pepper in a bowl. In another bowl, beat together the eggs and milk.
Dip chicken pieces in the eggs, let excess drip off, then dredge in the flour mixture. Carefully place
pieces in hot oil in skillet and fry, turning to cook and brown each side. Reduce heat to medium and
continue to cook until center of the largest piece is no longer pink. The cooking time depends on the
size of the pieces, but generally about 30 to 40 minutes. Turn as needed to prevent burning.
