1 8oz package fresh strawberries, sliced and tossed with sugar 1 16oz bag of mixed greens 1/2 cup candied nuts (pecans or walnuts) 1 yellow bell pepper, diced 2 roma tomatoes, diced 1 carrot, sliced 1 red onion, julienne 2-3 oz. balsamic vinegar 6-8 oz olive oil Dried oregano and basil to taste Salt and pepper to taste 3-4 oz of mixed berries, rasp., blue or black
Mix the liquid from the strawberries with the balsamic and whisk in enough oil to coat the greens and vegetables. Toss together and enjoy!
