1/2c softened margarine
1c. sour cream
1 egg
1 pkg. (9 oz.) corn muffin mix
1 can (16 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine and sour cream together. Stir in both corns. Blend in dry muffin mix. spoon into greased casserole. Bake at 375. Bake for 1 hour until puffed up, golden brown and crispy. Serves 6-8.
