1 lb ground beef
11/2-2 cups crushed crackers
1 medium onion finely chopped

1/2 onion chopped
1/2 green onion chopped
1 egg
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 F.

In a bowl, pour in the milk and ketchup and mix together until well blended.

In a large bowl mix beef, crackers, onion, egg and ketchup mixture together.
Mix until well blended.

In a 9 x 13 pan line with aluminum foil, put beef mixture in pan and cover pan evenly, put a small layer of ketchup on top of mixture. Cook for 35 to 40 minutes on 450


serve with rolls and mashed potatoes.บบบ
