1 1/2 lbs. good chop meat
2 cans of "CONTADINA" Crushed tomatoes
use only contadina for the same flavor
1 med. onion diced
4 cloves of garlic chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Brown your chop meat breaking up into small pieces. When almost done add onions and garlic and continue cooking till they are slightly brown.

Add the remainder of the ingredients and cook on a very low heat for a least 3 hours. If the sauce gets too thick you can add just alittle water and stir well. Be careful not to burn the bottom of the pot. Serve over pasta.
