1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; set aside. Cream shortening, add sugar. Add eggs, beating well. Beat in vanilla. Add flour mixture. Mix in oatmeal and raisins. Chill. Shape dough into balls. Ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes.
