12 vanilla wafers
1 8oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:

Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar at med. speed until well blended. Add eggs and mix well.

Line a cup cake pan with cup liners and place a vanilla wafer on the bottom of each cup

Pour the cream cheese mixture over wafers (fill 3/4)

Bake 325f. for 25 minutes.

Remove from pan and when cool top with canned fruit or fresh sliced strawberries or jelly
