1 egg
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
4 c. rhubarb
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together egg, sugar, flour, rhubarb and vanilla and let stand. Grease bread pan. Mix butter, flour, brown sugar and salt. Put half of brown sugar mixture on bottom. Add rhubarb mixture and then sprinkle remainder of brown sugar mixture on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350.
