1 box White Cake Mix
1/2 c. Crisco
2 pkg Pistachio Pudding Mix
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup oil
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
3/4 c. milk, barely warmed
5 eggs

For the cake: Mix all ingredients together. Put into prepared pan(s). Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes, according to pan. Bundt pan takes longer.
For the Icing: Beat the Crisco and margarine together for 10 minutes; then add vanilla and mix. Add granulated sugar slowly, beating for a few minutes, until nice and creamy looking. Then, slowly add barely warmed milk. When the milk is all mixed in, then give it a faster beating until nice and fluffy looking. (Just a few minutes more). Now, ice the cake and finish off with coconut.
