1 doz. eggs hard boiled
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c miracle whip
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 tbsp yellow mustard or to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp of hot sauce or to taste
1/2 c chopped cooked shrimp or salmon

Peel and slice eggs in half. Arrange egg whites on a plate. Take all other ingredients and mix together and stuff into egg whites.

I tend to do make this without a recipe. Most of the time I make then without the shrimp or salmon. Yummy!
