2 cups boiling water

1 cup old fashion oatmeal

3 T. oil

1 1/2 T yeast

1/3 c. lukewarm water

2/3 c. brown sugar

1 t. salt

5-51/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare in small bowl yeast in the warm water. In separate bowl pour 2 cups hot water over oatmeal. Add oil, yeast, brown sugar and salt.

Double Rise

375 degrees for 20 minutes
