1 9 oz. can chunk tuna 1 chopped celery 2 T. sweet pickle juice 1/2 c. finely chopped spring onions and greens 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 T. prepared (dried) mustard 3 chopped hard-boiled eggs 1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
Combine the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Cook and drain a 7-ounce package of salad noodles or spaghetti rings and stir in with salad. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill and serve on lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with paprika.
