2 c. milk
1 c. cooked rice
1 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. raisins
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk. Add rice and butter. Add sugar, salt and raisins to eggs. Slowly stir into hot milk mixture. Pour in greased baking dish. Set in pan of hot water. Bake 350 for 1 hour or until set.
