4 oz blue cheese crumbled 8 oz cheddar cheese shredded 4 oz Monterey jack cheese shredded 1 bunch of scallions chopped 4 oz chopped pecans 3/4 c mayo
Mix all ingredients together and form a ball. Line a bowl with saran wrap and place ball inside wrap, cover tightly keeping shape. Refrigerate 2 hours Garnish top with raspberry jam Serve with crackers
