1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
4 eggs
1 cup water
1 cup oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)Preheat to 350

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 350. Use a 9x13 or Bundt pan. Mix cake mix and pudding mixes. Add eggs, oil, water. Mix well.

In another bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Pour 1/2 batter into pan (if using Bundt pan,start with cinnamon mixture first) and spread evenly. Sprinkle with 1/2 brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Cover with rest of the batter, and sprinkle with rest of sugar mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 350 --then turn oven to 325 and bake for 35-40 minutes more.

This is a rich cake..almost like pound cake...but the flavor is unique with the pudding mixes. I used French Vanilla once for just a little different taste. Very good company cake. Can be glazed with powdered sugar icing.
