1/2 lb. lean ground beef or turkey, cooked
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
2 cans Rotel (spicy) or diced tomatoes ( not spicy)
1 onion, chopped and sautéed,
1 can corn, drained,
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 c. water.

Directions:

Add all ingredients . Cook over medium heat 30-45 minutes. Also is a great crockpot soup.

This can be used on Weight Watchers if you want, 2 points per cup.
