4 1/2 c. flour
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. vanilla
15 large eggs
2 lbs. pitted dates
1 lb. chopped walnuts
3/4 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. mixed fruit
1 lb. brazil nuts
1/2 lb. pecans
2 slices pineapple, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, salt, baking powder over whole nuts and fruit. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix with hands. Line pans with wax paper. Pack tightly. Bake in over for 2 hours at 250.
