3 oz. package lemon Jell-OŠ 3/4 cup hot water 3/4 cup cold water 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature) 1/2 cup sugar 2 cups chopped peaches (fresh or canned) 2 T fresh lemon juice 1 cup whipped topping
Prepare Jell-OŠ with hot and cold water. Cream sugar and cream cheese together and stir into the Jell-OŠ. Chill until slightly thickened. Add peaches, lemon juice, and whipped topping. Chill until firm.
