1 (4 oz) package dried beef 3 slices bacon black pepper 6 boneless chicken breast halves 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup sour cream
Shred dried beef in an ovenproof baking dish. Wrap each chicken breast with 1/2 slice of bacon. Place on top of beef and add pepper to taste. Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 275º for 3 hours. Take cover off for last 40 to 45 minutes to brown.
