4 lbs. sweet potatoes
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 81/2 oz. crushed pineapple
3 tbsp. dark brown sugar

Directions:



Bake sweet potatoes in oven till tender. when cool enough to handle, peel off the skins. In a bowl mash the sweet potatoes and then add butter, milk, salt and put mixture into a 2 qt. casserole. Top with DRAINED pineapple and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake 325F. for 45 min.
