Ingredients:  
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup buttered flavor crisco
1 cup flour
4 eggs

Filling
3 cups milf
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbls butter

Frosting
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1/2 cup cocoa
1 # powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Hot water

Directions:
Directions:

In sauce pan add water, salt and crisco. When all is liquid and boiling add flour stirring rapidly until mixture forms a ball. Take off heat. Let cool for 10 min. Add eggs one at a time stirrring rapidly after each egg. Place on ungreased cookie sheet in 12 mounds. Bake at 400 for 10 min and reduce heat to 375 for 20 minutes. Turn oven off, Remove from oven and with a spatula loosen each puff. Return to oven and leave for 1 hr.

Filling
Place milk in glass bowl and heat for 5 minutes in microwave. Add eggs, sugar, and cornstarch.and mix with wire whip. add to hot milk. Place in micro for 2 min. Take out and mix. Cook for 2 more minutes and mix. Continue until mixture is a puddding texture. Add vanilla and butter. Let cool.

Icing
Mix butter, cocoa, and vanilla together. Add powdered sugar. Slowly add hot water using whip until smooth and silky. Icing must our slowly
