Cake:
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
3/4 cup milk
4 large eggs
1/2 cup melted butter

Glaze:
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Juice of 1 lemon and water to make 1/3 cup
Grated rind of lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Stir dry ingredients until well mixed. Add milk and beat on medium speed of mixer until light in color. Continue beating, adding eggs one at a time. Beat well after each addition. Add melted butter and beat until traces of butter disappear. Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 50 minutes at 350. Do NOT open oven while cooking. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Glaze: Grate lemon rind; add juice and sugar. Bring to a boil; pour slowly over hot cake.
