2 (1 oz) boxes sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
4 cups skim milk
1 10 inch store bought angel food cake (sugar-free)
16 oz. container light non-dairy whipped topping
21 oz. can light cherry pie filling
20 oz. can crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pudding mix with milk according to package directions. Set aside.
Pull angel food cake apart in chunks and put half into a deep glass trifle bowl. Layer with half EACH - pudding, pie filling, pineapple and whipped topping. Repeat layers covering evenly with whipped topping. (May sprinkle top layer with coconut.) Chill, preferably overnight, before serving. Makes 12 servings.
