2 pkgs frozen chooped spinach- cooked & drained
4 eggs
2 c Pepperidge Farms stuffing
1/2 c parmesan cheese
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp garlic powder
few twist of pepper
3/4 c margarine

Directions:

Mix, chill several hours or overnight. Form into 1" balls. Bake 15 minutes at 350. Or freeze unbaked. Bake after thawing.
