2 cups flour
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup melted butter
pinch of salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup + 2 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 pan. In a medium bowl, stir together 2 cups flour, powdered sugar and salt. Blend in melted butter and 1 tsp. lemon juice; press into bottom of prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden. In large bowl, beat eggs until light colored. Combine sugar, baking powder and 1/4 cup of flour so there will be no lumps. Stir this mixture into eggs. Add lemon juice and stir well. Pour over prepared crust and return to oven. Bake an additional 30 minutes or until set. Allow to cool completely. Dust with additional powdered sugar if desired. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.

This recipe halves well, using an 8x8 or 9x9 pan instead of a 9x13.
