1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup rice
1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 medium potatoes, diced
2 cans tomato soup
1 soup can water
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Brown ground beef, layer in bottom of dish. Top with onions, rice, beans and potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix tomato soup with water and pour over all. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours.
