1 head lettuce (cut into bite size pieces)
(I use some red leaf lettuce sometimes.)
4 - 5 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. red onions, chopped
2 - 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 T. fresh parsley (optional)

1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce
1/4 c. sugar (or 40 packets Splenda)
1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil (I use olive oil)

Combine all ingredients except almonds. Top with almonds just before serving.

Dressing is good if made in advance. I keep it and use it on other green salad.
