Ingredients:
2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
pinch of salt
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites. When they begin to get real foamy gradually add sugar beating until peaks form. Add salt. Fold in chocolate chips. Add nuts if desired.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet 1 1/2 inches apart. Have oven preheated to 350. Put in oven and IMMEDIATELY TURN OVEN OFF. DO NOT OPEN OVEN UNTIL IT IS COMPLETELY COOLED. Cookies will be light brown when done. Remove with spatula.

Note: I usually put these in the oven just before I go to bed and leave them overnight.
Delicious!
