1 Baking potato per person
1 Onion per potato
Butter, Olive oil, Garlic Power, (any other seasoning you would like)

Directions:
Directions:
Peeling the potato is optional
Slice each potato (across its width) into thin slices
Do the same with the onion
Assemble the potato /onion as follows:
On a sheet of foil alternate a slice of potato with a slice of onion.
Once complete add (4) pats of butter, drizzle with olive oil and season to taste.
Wrap up and cook.
Place on a hot grill or 350 oven for about 30 to 40 min.
At the end of 30 min. open one package and test for doneness.
To serve you can place one package on each plate or open all packages and place in serving bowl
