1 c. of sugar
1 c. of mayo
1 c. of warm water
1/4 c. of cocoa
1 tsp. of vanilla
2 tsps. of baking soda
2 c. of flour

CARMEL ICING
5 T. of butter
1/4 c. of milk
1 c. of brown sugar
1 1/2 c. of powdered sugar

Directions:

CAKE
Mix together the sugar, mayo, and warm water. Then add the cocoa, vanilla, baking soda, and flour to the above mixture. Mix all the ingredients together.

Put into a 9 by 11 greased pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick is clean.

CARMEL ICING
Mix together the butter, milk, and brown sugar in a saucepan. Bring the ingredients to a boil for three minutes. Take off the burner and let this cool for about five minutes. Mix in the 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar. Keep adding powdered sugar until smooth (add more milk if too thick).

Spread the carmel icing on to the cool cake-YUMMY!
