Use 1 potato per person.

Directions:
Directions:
Slice almost in half the long way. Then slice almost all the way through the short way at 1/4 inch spacing. Stuff with salt, pepper, garlic, a slice of onion and butter. (jazz it up with Parsley, Fresh Basil, etc.) Wrap each potato tightly in foil and place on grill for 20 - 30 min.
