1 cup Wild Rice
1 can Chicken Broth
1 can Water
6 – 8 slices cooked bacon - chopped
1 stick of Butter
1 tsp Oregano
1 can mushrooms – drained
2 - 3 green onions – sliced thin
Salt – ½ tsp
Pepper – ¼ tsp

Directions:
Blanche Wild Rice 3 times. Saute onion in butter, add mushrooms. Add everything else, place into a casserole and bake 1 hour or more at 350º
