1/4 Cup - 1/2 Cup butter
10-12 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 pint cottage cheese
1 Lb Monterey Jack cheese
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 4 oz can diced green chiles
Onions and Tomatoes, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
In a glass dish, melt butter. In a bowl, beat eggs, flour, baking powder, salt. Add all ingredients except cheese in bowl and at end add cheese in bowl. Pour mixture in a pan. Smear with butter on top. Put in oven at 400 for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 350 for 25 - 30 minutes. Let sit 10 minutes and serve.
