Wash and peel two cucumbers, score them and slice them thin
Add one medium onion, cut in half and sliced thin
Put in cup cider vinegar , add sugar, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Soak for at least a half hour
Drain most of the liquid off and add sour cream to cover the cucumbers
Check seasoning
