4 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin 3 packages flavored gelatin (3 oz each) 3 c. boiling water 1 c. heavy cream
In a large bowl combine unflavored gelatin and flavored gelatin. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin's completely dissolved. Add cream. Stir well. pour into baking sheet 9x13. chill until firm. To serve cut into squares.
This is a great treat for children and can hold it in their hand.
