Grease a 9 X 11 cake pan Pour two cans of Cherry or Apple pie filling in the pan Pour cake mix on top Sprinkle a ½ cup of pecans or slivered almonds on top of the cake mix Melt a stick of butter and pour evenly over the top Bake at 350º for 35 to 40 minutes
