1 (5-6 lb.) Pork Butt Roast
2 bottles of Sweet Baby Rays
B-que sauce(may need less)
2tsp. onion powder
dash of sea salt or regular salt
1 tbsp. liquid smoke(Colgin)
2 tsp.worcestershiresauce(optional)
2tbsp of seasoning salt Spice Supreme

Directions:
Add 1/4 cup of water to large crock
pot , Rub Roast with 1tbsp.seasoning
salt,Put in pot, Cover and Cook on low
setting for 10 hours . After time is up,
take out roast and put in shallow pan.
Reserve 1/4 cup of liquid from crock
pot and discard rest.Remove
any bones and excess fat from roast. Take two forks and shred the roast. Add all ingredients to the shredded roast . MIx well.
Return to pot,and mix again with the reserved juice.May need more seasonings to taste depending on the fat content of the roast and the flavor of it.
Let simmer 1 more hour. Serve with coleslaw on big buns and enjoy
