1 3/4 c. cake flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs separated
2 sq. unsweetened melted chocolate

Sift cake flour and 1 cup of sugar, soda into mixer. Add oil and 1/2 cup buttermilk. Beat, add remaining buttermilk, egg yolks and melted chocolate. Beat 1 minute. Fold in eggs whites and vanilla, which have been beaten stiff. Add remaining 1/2 cup sugar. Bake @ 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.

Beat 2 cups Whipping Cream until stiff. Add 1 cup sifted powdered sugar, 1/2 cup Choc. Milk powder, 1 tsp. vanilla and dash salt. Beat stiff enough to spread.
