3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
5 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 c. heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Separate 3 eggs, beat whites until stiff. Beat in 1/2 cup sugar, add yolks beating thoroughly. Stir in 5 Tbsp. of lemon juice. Fold in 1 cup whipping cream (stiffly beaten).
Put graham crackers in buttered pan, pour lemon mixture, and sprinkle graham crackers on top. Freeze.
I always double to make into a dripper size.
