Prosecco or Sparkling Wine
White peaches
Pomegranate Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Puree several white peaches in a blender or food processor. If tart, add some sugar to taste.
Place puréed peach in the bottom of a champagne glass. Fill with Prosecco or other sparkling wine.
Add a generous splash of pomegranate juice to make a festive red color. Garnish with twist of lemon or drop in a few pomegranate seed.
