3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 lemon, quartered & seeded (leave peel on)
3 tsp. lemon juice
unbaked pie shell
cup melted butter
1 small tub Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Blend lemon pieces (with peel on) until mushy. Add eggs, sugar, butter, and lemon juice to blender; mix well. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool and top pie with Cool Whip.
