Ingredients: 1 pkg cornbread dressing 1 stick butter 1 c. mushroom soup 1 c. chicken soup 1 pkg boneless chicken breast 1 c. chicken broth

Directions: |
Directions:Boil chicken until done. Cut into small pieces. Take a cup of boiled water and set aside. Melt butter and stir in dressing add cup of boiled water and mix until moist. In a bowl pour can of mushroom soup and 1/2 can of chicken broth stir, set a side. In another bowl pour can of chicken soup and the other half of broth stir well. In a large dish, spray with non stick spray. 1st: put a layer of chicken pieces on bottom of dish, spread evenly, 2nd: cover with mushroom soup, 3rd: a layer of stuffing mix. Put rest of chicken pieces on stuffing mix spreading over dish then layer with the chicken soup, then cover with the rest of the stuffing mix. Bake at 350, for 45 minutes to 1 hour. until done. |
