2 T. Oleo
1/3 c. celery, chopped
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. carrots, chopped
1 tsp. minced garlic, optional
1 can white navy beans
2 cups water
1 pkg. chicken gravy mix
1 8 oz. pkg. smoked sausage OR 1 1/2 cups diced ham

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Oleo, add celery, onion and carrots. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
