1 stick Oleo
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large pkg. broccoli cuts, thawed
1 cup minute rice
1 small jar cheez whiz
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in oleo. Add soup, add thawed broccoli to mixture. Mix all ingredients except cheese and put into a 2 quart buttered casserole. Top with Cheez Whiz and bake a 350 about 30 minutes.
This can be put together ahead of time.
