3 cups sugar
1 cup shortening
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can pumpkin

5 cups flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 5 ingredients until well blended. In a separate bowl combine all dry ingredients. Then slowly combine all the ingredients together. Add chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet for 15-16 minutes at 375.
