2 cups Bisquick
2&1/2 cups sugar
1 cup pitted pie cherries
red food coloring
3/4 cup milk
4 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Add drained cherries and 1/2 cup sugar to Bisquick© in a bowl. Add milk to the mixture and stir lightly. Spread in ungreased 13" pan. Combine enough cherry juice and water to make 2 cups in a pan. Add 2 cups of sugar and the butter to the juice and water. Heat to almost boiling. Add red food coloring. Pour over the batter in the dish. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350º. Serve warm with whipped cream.
