1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped cauliflower
1 carrot sliced thin
2 packages chicken flavored ramen noodles
nonstick vegetable spray
1 & 2/3 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Before opening the noodles,crush packet and break up the noodles. Pour the broken noodles into a bowl and set aside. Spray pan with cooking spray. Cook on medium heat. Add vegetables to the pan. Stir fry the vegetables with a wooden spoon for about 1 minute. Stir in the broken noodles, contents of the seasonings packets, and the water. Bring the mixture to a boil. Simmer for 3-4 minutes with the lid on, or until most of the liquid has been absorbed. Stir twice during cooking. Season with soy sauce if desired.
